My years of experience and training  allow me to expertly and intuitively blend techniques for both treatment and wellness into a single, restorative session.  I offer both Massage Therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

 

Massage sessions may include Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, scar release, cupping therapy, passive stretching, hydrotherapy, and trigger point therapy.

 

Manual Lymphatic drainage is available to treat edema, facilitate surgical recovery, manage stress and trauma, and for those affected by conditions where deeper pressure is not tolerated or is contra-indicated. 

 

I'm certified in Medical Massage, Cupping Therapy, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
